Default New cam

Well the cars apart now. I pulled it apart yesterday to put my new cam in. I got everything for Christmas (cam, lifters, springs, pushrods, rockers, timing chain) and I want it ready for track day . I can't wait. I got it almost all apart and ready to pull the cam. I want to start putting it back together some night this week.

I can't wait to hear it

It's a Comp Nitrous HP cam. Hydrolic flat tappet, lift is .507 in, .525 ex, duration @ .050 is 240 in, 253 ex. Then I'm putting 1.6 rockers on.

Exactly, plus a fuel system, and at least front disk brakes so I can stop

Stoppings way over rated, but if you must then I suggest you go with a parachute instead

Yeah I can't wait. Before the one in there now, I had a hyd. roller .498, .510 that sounded good. The one in it now is so mild I don't even know what it is lol.

Slight overkill, but I like the parachute idea .
