Who is trying to keep there SRT-4 all Mopar? If so, where are you going to get your parts? If not Mopar, what else are you using and where are you getting them from? Basicly I'm bored and I wanted to start a new thread, because there is like only one started a week, if were lucky. Post some pictures of your cars or something, anything.....:monkpee:

I try to keep parts that matter OEM(for instance, pistons, rods, etc) as for the turbo, its OEM, but its a 20g Mitsu turbo, the computer is way off stock, its a MegaSquirt unit(standalone) my intake and water temp sesnors are GM, my alternator is from a Mitsu Mirage, my igntion system is EDIS-4 from a Ford Escort...so yeah I am mostly OEM, but many different OEMs, as for pictures....here is one of my engine bay(I am cleaning up the wiring today)

I like the no spoiler look on yours Boosted I took mine off to check it out but I don't want to have to fill the holes or anything so anyone know how much the going price for a stock bare trunk is for our cars? I just need a plain black with nothing more than a keyhole.
I just bought the colored Plugs off SRT-Forums .. They are color matched to each specific color so its hard to see ...
It's not wingless either it has the AVS Downdraft spoiler on it ... I got it for XMAS and just got around to putting it on the other day ...
Double sided tape rocks !!!

heh, very true...I cleaned up about half of it today before running out of steam, this is what happens when stock wiring sucks and you have to bypass 95% of the crap...and that picture is after I cut out about 80% of the stock wiring harness! and most of that loose wiring is the little left of the stock wiring harness, all my aftermarket wiring is neatly tucked away, but now I seem to need a new radiator...my nice rare metal mexican unit has sprung a leak in the fins...looks like I have to go back to the plastic POS, in any case, I like the look of your car...wings suck ass if they sit more than 2 inches off the trunk
Thanks , I took it off 2 days after I bought the car and it hasn't been back on since ...
I figured your wiring was exposed for that reason I knew you just got it runnign just a little friendly ribbing .. Car must hauls ass with that 20G on it in the much lighter 1G body ...
Here's a pic of it doing what it likes where it likes to do it :)
Before I dumped it of course
I ran a 12.98@111 on this run with 225/45/17 Ventus Street Tires ...
1.91 60ft's own me :mullet:

so far I have only driven it once, but it hauled some ass on just 9psi of boost(wastegate spring pressure on the Tial 38mm gate)...fried an injector driver because I used injectors that werent reccomended for my setup...so I have to get my computer repaired before I get it running again...another 2 week delay(has to be sent to CA and back again), oh joy, but since it was my fault for not getting the flyback board to begin with I only have one person to blame, this time its getting an upgrade to relaibly handle low impedance injectors

My major upgrades for the SRT will be mostly Mopar. I have Magnacor wires and a K&N filter now. I am actually trying to resist the urge to modify and keep the car relatively stock.
My Turbo K-car is 95% Dodge OEM parts. Used the best combination of OEM parts when I built the engine.

Ditto on the keeping it stock, I just picked up another 1st gen acr to have fun with in addition to the rest. If I was to hop mine up I would stage 3 mopar only for plugnplay. I'm older ones I go with what has been proven on the track

for my first 2.4L build I used mostly stock mopar stuff as well, with the exception of the pistons, which were wisecos because I wanted somewhat higher compression...the rods were actually T2 rods though, I'll personally use any part from any car that I can get to work, but if possible I like to keep things OEM as much as possible, even if its not Mopar...mainly for reliability, I like to have a car thats a little different though, heh no one could ever steal my car...I have too many toggle switches and crap, they'd never be able to figure out the right combination, and then god forbid something breaks...lol
