You have to slowly release the clutch pedal to get the car going when it first gear you can't dump the clutch everytime and expect it to last... j/k I agree with cali on this one definitley sounds like a bad install.

Yeah when i first got my car and the car wouldnt shift right into 2nd gear, so the dealership replaced the clutch. Well it still did it then they replaced the whole tranny! Tranny was bad from factory

I'd put money that the dealership hack fucked it up. That or someting is tweeked.

hahaha thats the only name i could think of at the time.
i got the car back today and drove it 5 miles and it happened again.
they told me that the throw out barring was rubbing against the pressure plate and just melting it and therefor ruining the clutch. so they have it over the weekend again..
how the fuck can this happen? anyone have any insight?

this is definately a tranny problem...have them replace the tranny next time around, its kinda hard to fuck up the install of a modular clutch

yea a clutch install is a breeze i dont see how these "techs" can fuck one up. its gotta be something else where are you taking it?

All that crap is pretty much self adjusting. I wonder if the motor or tranny shifted, like a mount or something? Gotta be something tweeked or out of line.

as long as its something other than the clutch then dodge will fix it under warentee right?
i took it to brandon transmissions.. they told me if they cant fix it by tomorrow they are cutting me a check for what i paid them and be done with it
