Scott

I have been trying to get this company to one of our TRack Events for a while and it is finally going to happen at our upcoming Feb 26th event ! ! Big thanks to Dan @ Dyno-Go for helping put this together.

We are going to have Team Dyno Go at the event with their portable Dyno !

For $80 you will get:

Three pulls, each with HP, TQ, and AFR.

The following material will be contained in a folder for you:

All charts and graphs for each pull, per 100 rpm text data sheets.

An 8x11 color printed picture of you and your car on the dyno (same pic also gets loaded onto their website gallery w/results).

And of course some of our decals.

ANYONE CAN COME AND DYNO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A RACER AT THE EVENT.

Here is their website and some pics of their set-up:

http://www.dyno-go.com/

If you have any questions for them please e-mail one of the owners direct and not me  :

Quite a few from what I gather for the short amount this has been posted. $80 for a mobile dyno with air/fuel and a nice booklet of your runs is cheap !

The TR low baller crew should not apply.

We will see who will ante up and be a big balla'. :D

That does not matter. Lets just say I have been working with Dyno Go for a long time to get them come down to one of our events so now we just need people to pony up and use their services. :D

After reading some of the replies I have concluded that you guys are probably exactly the type of people I like to deal with. You love your cars, racing and just plain like to have fun. Thats me to a "T".
I apologize to the AWD faithful. (plans on the board for a AWD version)

To address the "adjustments" queries-
What we are going to be doing is:
3 pulls, each for HP, TQ, and AFR
The following material will be contained in a folder for you, All charts and graphs for each pull, per 100 rpm text data sheets, an 8x11 color printed picture of you and your car on the dyno (same pic also gets loaded onto our website gallery w/results), and of course we gotta include some of our
decals   :lmao:

Adjustments or tuning can be done, but only by the owner or mechanic of the vehicle. We have 1 hour long sessions that include unlimited passes on the dyno so you can accomplish whatever you like. The rate is $150hr, and usually nets about 15 passes.

We are going to try and get as many vehicles tested as possible in the time allotted, while still maintaining a high level of customer service, professionalism and Quality. The hour long sessions may need to be postponed if the wait list for testing gets to big.

In closing, I can't wait to meeet all of you and am looking forward to returning to BMP.

Thanks ,

That rules out about 90% of import owners.

That does not matter. Lets just say I have been working with Dyno Go for a long time to get them come down to one of our events so now we just need people to pony up and use their services

Even though I think the price is a little high, (could possibly justify that with a contest......highest hp import = free runs, highest hp domestic = free runs, etc.), the effort taken to get them out to BMP is a great accomplishment for a local internet forum. Good job scott and thanks again for setting all this up.

That would be a GREAT IDEA, I know it is a pleasure to even have a mobile dyno at track day but I would love to see some of TR's top dogs battle it out on the dyno, and what better way to do so than with a small incentive and some.......CAN WE SAY BRAGGING WRITES???? Common dooo it, dooo it....

I know I will be strapping my lady down and giving her a few pulls.. 500+??? mabye sooo we will seeeee :D

Big dogs battling it out on a dyno at the track during a track event. For some odd reason, that just doesn't make sense to me.

It was double the work and no less than 200-300 more PM's..

I will go back to putting names on for the remaining part of the list if you think it is going to make a difference. And I suppose anyone currently on this list could PM me their name and I will add it.

$80 for 3 pulls is a very good rate, considering you can run down the track, and then go dyno your car, without ever leaving the track. Hell, $80 bucks is a good rate if you had to do this a local shop. Everyone is just used to some of the dyno days that have been organized I guess. Great job getting the dyno out there Scott, I just wish I could make the event.

My thoughts exactly... I know it mustve taken a lot to get these guys out... And you get two thumbs up for that, Scott... But I just cant PERSONALLY justify spending $80, just to show everyone the power my car makes... I know what it does, and how well its tuned... Now if I feel throwing some race gas in her and making some adjustments will net faster times, then hell, I will do it... Just for now, how she sits is fine... HOWEVER, $150 for an hour of tuning/unlimited runs is pretty decent...

Hmmm save $15 dollars < dyno at the track then go run.

Plus does RX give you a folder with photos, print outs, stickers, etc. ?

This is great idea !! My house payment just went up 280% or I'd be down to dyno my car, but at this point, I'm just trying to get up the cash to run my set-up on the track, let alone another $80..

Another angle is that, this should attrate a lot more people to the TR events, which could translate to cheaper race admission in the future, which could translate into us having the money to dyno !!

I know my first dyno day was REALLY cool... Just sitting/hearing the cars screaming right next to you is cool as shit !!!

Vipers aloud on this thing ? what kinda power can it handle ??

Yes more people = more sponsors = less cost to our users.

And anything is allowed, the dyno is good for 1000 rwhp...

yea but then you have to do classes(sohc dohc i6 v6 v8), cuz most HP usually = most money..so your giving the rich dudes the free dyno..therefore you make the rich richer and the poor poorer....

Not even going to discuss rain policies at this point.

But yes I always have rain dates set for every event.

Keep in mind if we run the event and you (or anyone else) does not show because you thought it was raining you will not get a refund.

It is supposed to blow through by 10-11 a.m. and then just stay cloudy so call the track before going to play it safe !

941-748-1320

They should start answering the phones around 11:00.

JUST TALKED TO THE TRACK !

THEY DID NOT GET MUCH RAIN AND THEY ARE CLEANING IT UP NOW SO WE ARE ON ! :D

SOME OF OUR SPECIAL GUESTS HAVE ARRIVED. ONE OF THEM IS TITAN MOTORSPOTS WITH THEIR 200+ M.P.H. TURBOED BEAST. THE OTHER SPECIAL GUESTS ARE SOME TOP CARS FROM THE NMRA.

THE PORTABLE DYNO IS THERE TOO.

HERE IS A RADAR SHOT AS OF 8:45, THE RED BOX IS THE TRACK AND THERE IS NOTHING BEHIND THIS LITTLE BIT OF RAIN. IT WILL BE NICE AND COOL OUT THE REST OF THE DAY WITH A LITTLE WIND.

SEE YOU SOON !
