supercharger for 4.3 chevy s10

I know a lot of guys do it and I've been doing a lot of reading on it. I have heard a lot of good stories and a lot of bad, so i was wondering if anyone here has done a supercharger on a chevy s 10 4.3L. If so let please let me know I wanna here all the good and bad about this project before i commit 100%.
