according to some japanese mags that picture closely resembles possible production model.

That is basically a mazda3 that has been photoshopped. They most likely will not have an RX-7 for '07, and even IF the make another RX-7, it would most likely be a 2008/2009 model. But then they would have to kill off the RX-8, becase everyone would be buying RX-7's.

yes it is photochopped, duh, but mazda's are very similar in thier appearance...and they might just replace the rx8 with the 7, who knows, maybe they will keep the 8 for the people who cannot sacrifice the 2 back seats...
the rx8 is due for alittle "spice" soon... there have been almost no if any "facelifts" or anything in 2+ years

They wont bring back the 7. They have 3 generatoins of 7's there is no need for another one. If anything they will make a RX9. The sales for a rotary arnt high enough for them to make another one besides the 8. People dont know much about rotaries and are scaried to buy them. Hell go look at the back of any mazda dealership where the mechanics are and you will see more rx8's thena nything else back there. Some people cant even figure out how to unflood there own car.

Hey I'll take it if it's less than a RX-8 and has power/handling. I can't stand the Mazda3's (NO MORE STUPID 5-DOOR WAGONS PLEASE!!!!!)
