My bro is thinking about getting this for his crown vic. He doesn't want alot of bass and its only 75 bucks after shipping so what do you guys think? Also if anyone knows any good deals going on post em up. Thanks.

For 75 bucks why not. You can def do a lot better than Lightning Audio though if he wants to spend a little more money.

LA gear will take a beating and doesnt sound half bad. that LA sun pictures is 4 years old though. the new style is what walmart carries and they are $40 there the amp is 2002 series but will also take a beating... never seems to heat up either... walmart has the 04 series and its $69, the wiring kit is same as in walmart and its 19.99

all in all its a good deal, go for it.

Haha I was sitting here trying to figure out what the hell a breadmaker had to do with this thread. That sucks though my bro was gonna pick it up but I talked him out of it cause I always hear bad things about lightning audio. I guess I'll tell him to keep an eye out for lightning audio deals now, thanks guys.
