mY SYSTEM IS F*CKIN UP ON ME....I DONT WANT TO TAKE IT TO THE SHOP B/C i KNOW ITS SOMETHING MINOR ON IT. MY HIGHS ARE GOING IN AND OUT...THE AMP IS OK...i THINK THERE MIGHT BE A SHORTAGE SOMEWHERE JUST WANTED TO GET A SECOND OPINION

Spring hill is 40 miles from me and im in zephyrhills. lmk if you are ever in dade city and ill come up there.

Elaborate on the high coming in & out - are they turning off and on or just fading volume wise?

My highs are just turning off completely...then every so and so i here like a crackling noise and they come back on for a second..then they turn off

check the connection at the amp, if they are tight there then you should disconnect the highs completely because if theres a short in the line it could ground out which will damage your amp.

double check all connections. focus on power and make sure your ground is still good. i had my ground wire come loose and the amp went on and off spradically. test a different speaker on the amp to see if it does the same thing. if possible test the speakers on a different amp or stock + &- wires from the cd player, that way you can check if it is the speaker or amp for sure.

hey if you didnt fix it, i live in spring hill and i could probablly hel you with it, im good with systems and what not, and if i cant my friend deffinitly can he knows everything about systems... we could deff. help if you need it...

Thanx. i got it fixed...I just rewired the whole thing. its bangin again. The whole truck might be sold this week...i barely drive it
