There were 5 Subies there, only three were STi and 1 was a 2006

I should have most of the video edited by this weekend (school and work keep cutting into my free time).

There were actually 4 STi's and one more that was supposed to be there (what happened Brew?). A blue '05 (me), blue '06, white '05, black '04. There was also a blue WRX (with the roof scoop in one of the pics).

Yeah, it was great to watch the Lincoln, GTO, Mustangs and some of the other high HP cars that weren't afraid to light up the tires and get a little sideways (or backwards as the case may be wen they spun) Some of the front wheel drive cars put out a good amount of tire smoke as well.

I would love to see some footage of my runs if someone is willing to send it to me. I was in the blue '05 STi and I ran in the first group.

The 911 C4S was a close second. Again... hooked up, fast and well-driven.

I know that its not the fastest, but it sure is fun to watch. Now if we were at a track or something I would venture to say that tire smoke and "getting loose" may be inappropriate. However, when you get the chance to play around in a safe environment (i.e. SPC skidpad), why not see how your car reacts when pushed beyond the limits of your tires' traction?

Yep, 5 Subies and a Saab-aero. That frankencivic...I think it had another second in it. Miatas were not favored because of the 2 turn arounds. Sounds like everybody had fun, even me.

I am really hoping the club (NASA-X Tampa) becomes an autocrossing hub. One thing has me thinking...the NASA classification requires a totally different approach than SCCA when it comes to picking a car and developing it.

I was the one in the Blue '06 STi there and had a blast! The only photos I have are in the parking lot before the runs took place so if you have any videos or pics of my car at all I would greatly appreciate anything you have!
