I sure hope you guys are ready for another one because it will be here in about 5 weeks !

Figured we could use one more before the end of the year and while the weather was cool.

Check it out and sign up soon if you want a spot. And what do you know ? The V10 Nationals (Viper Shootout) just happens to be earlier that day and again the next morning so I think we might have some good company at the event. ;) :D

So are there going to be any other classics running this one? We didn't make the last one to even watch, but I'm signed up and running this time. I Haven't done anythig new to the car but I'm just looking forward to running again. It's been a while.

So any one else?

i'm going to go but i'm going to take it easy down the track. i went to leave a friends house today and hit the gas pedal down about half way and almost lost control of the car :-o . i had 275/50/15 nitto's on the back too.

Congrats on getting the car done by the way :). We'll look for you and say hello. With the track prep it should handle better than the street hopefully. I've got Sportsman pros on mine,60 series though because of my gear, so I can make the end of the track lol.

I'm afraid to see what times it turns now. I kinda told myself the drag racing days were over for the beast when I went from 4.56's to 3.23's gears. I think I would be lucky to break 13. sec.

:( Thats me too Dano. Last track day I ran it ran horrible. I barely made it home because I had float sticking. It was a long ride. It only ran a mid 14 and the best I've had the car run was a 13.66. I'll be happy if I can just get back in the 13's from rebuilding the carb. It still needs to be re-jetted, but I'm running for fun anyway.

Because we all know how much fun it is to run with a bad running car

I'm sure we'll be messing with it between now and then.
