Stg3 or Nitrous,hitting 300whp with the stock turbo maybe to advanced for you,at the time being.Not taking anything from you,It's involves alot of tuning and patience though. :-)

If you want the 300+hp all day long, buy a AGP t3/t4 50 trim turbo kit.
