Okay, the last thread got way off topic, so lets try this again.

The meet is in hudson, at the corner of Hudson avenue and Little road, in the publix parking lot. We meet up around 7:30-8:30, most people get there around 10.

There aren't many rules, just one: NO BURNING OUT, NO DRIFTING.

I saw a grey 240 drifting tonight, and I didn't appreciate it, if you screw up our meet we are going to be PISSED. And theres alot of us. :)

So anyway, come out and check the meet out.

I was there from about 10:00 to 11:30. there was a couple of T/As, a couple of fox bodys, a ZO6, a convertable mustang, a few skittles, a couple of 240s, a wrx or so,+ that airbag truck, and a few other things... It wasn't a big meet, but there was more than a skittle and a truck...

I stopped by from 10:00-11:30 or so. The cops seem to stalk around alot. Saw 4 or 5 ppl. burnin out in the lot :roll: :mad: Seemed pretty quiet otherwise.

WTF!!!!!! There was no mention of street racing. All I said was his car was fast and he wanted to run the Z06.Could have wanted to set something up for the track. Where does it say anything about strret racing. You implied it. Maybe Mofobucs put 3 cars on him at the track. It didn't say anything about the street. They were just at the track the 25th. I mentioned Russel in this thread because the Hudson meet is where I met him and talked to him. So now we're not alloud to discuss things that were talked about at the meet between people that were there???

1. There's a sticky right at the top that says "No discussion of street races." You don't even have to open it, it says it right on the main forum display. All that stuff was talked about in the context of the meet, in the context of racing on the street. It seemed very much like street racing talk to me.

2. The admins don't want discussion of any illegal activities- especially street racing- in this forum. If you have to post it anywhere, you should post it in War Stories which is the one place where it's acceptable on the board. HKSWRX and I have agreed on this rule- that if you post about street racing we'll delete your posts. My personal opinion is that nobody who actually races at, during, and after these meets wouldn't want anybody to say anything about it in a thread with details on how to get to the meet- it's like calling the cops and telling them you'll be racing, then giving them a time, date, and place.

3. I don't street race anyway, so it's hard for me to lose. If you'll be out at the TRack day I'll take a whuppin. ;)

The whole point of this is to clean up the forum and take it back to what it's supposed to be- a forum for listing and organizing local events. Back when there was no mod things got really off-topic, and we have been charged with changing that. :)

What don't you get... There was nothing mentioned about the "STREET"......Why can't we discuss racing, why does it have to be impliedthat all races were on the street.I was onlty talking to the guy about racing and races that had happened at another date. i might be up there if my friend is willing to drive again(my car is messed up from an accident). i thought there were alot of skittes at the meet until we went to gandy....they were everywhere.
