I was looking through the threads tonight and realized we have gone quite a while with no locks on threads. I would like to thank all of you for playing nicely with one another for the most part. This section was going down hill very fast not long ago and its nice to see it actually make a turn for the better for a change, So again I thank you guys. Please let this trend continue. :)

John, your right war stories has been going quite well, hopefully it will stay that way, i still think we need a call-out forum just like other boards, or at least be allowed to do it again, need2speed has it, why cant we, i say just make another section....idk, just an idea...

The admin decided the no call outs allowed rule since almost every call out turned into arguing and getting locked. Perhaps if we can keep up the good posts in here we can try to convince the admin to reallow callouts with some rules.

I have to admit I was kinda angry when callouts were first banned..But I see now that warstories has gotten much better..:)..But I still hope one day we will be allowed to call people out again.Nothing wrong with a little drama aslong as the people really race and not just talk shit..:dunno:...Jamie

I'm trying a new approach instead of locking all the threads. Mars302 does it in general car chat and it seems to work well. plus it doesnt make the people actually being productive lose out :)

I will try the post deletion and see how it works out. It is alot more work for me than 1 click so if posts get out of hand ill just lock the entire post. Hopefully that doesnt happen though.
