I see the event is still listed on www.cfrsolo2.com so I assume this one is still on ?

I can't find a pre-reg entry on myautoevents.com for it........

You don't need to sign up for Gainesville events on myautoevents.com. You only need to do that for Brooksville as far as I know.

Once I'm 100% sure I'm going I'll let you know, I'm sure we can figure out a place to meet north of both of us that's on the way.

I ran at gville today. My first Autocross in my new Integra. It was great!! Alot of people were there and I placed 12th in the stock class out of more than 20 drivers in that class. Of corse I would have liked to of placed higher but Not bad for my first event.

Here are the unofficial results. Looks like a bunch of errors in there. One of the errors benefitted the Timing and Scoring Chief. Coincidence? :)

I'll put a video up later, so someone can tell me how I got smoked by 1.215 secs.

Video is up. Looks like I was just scared in a lot of places. I didn't want GIR to bite Jason's car.

The only things I see are that there are a lot of places that it looks like you're using more track than you need to, your line could be tighter (hard to really tell with the camera angle) -- and you're not pushing the car consistently to its limit. Like you said, you probably dialed it back a bit.

Good to see such a good turnout for G'ville event!

What was Kevin Kipta driving in B Stock? It doesn't say on the sheet.

I'm so disappointed I didn't make it. Work kept me engaged throughout the weekend.

It sucks that CFR-W doesn't really have a site with lots of runoff. It would be great to be able to push the car and not have to worry about putting it in a field or in the drink!

Gainesville always surprises me. About an hour into the drive up there I always think to myself "This sucks, no autocross is worth getting up at 0430 and driving 2 hours...", but then at the end of the day I'm always singing a different tune, haha.

Excellent course, dry weather, lots of people. Turned out to be a great event! Thanks all!
