Did anyone see Rides last night ? All I can say is that I <3 Chip Foose. From working on his own stuff, Rides, Over Haulin' to working with Boyd Coddington (among many others) his work is just amazing. I know I'll never in a million years have him do a car for me(i'll keep dreaming) but I just want one of his freaking drawings!!!!!!

I've always been a sucker for a '69 camaro (but then again who's not?) but the one they built last night was absolutely beautiful when they finished. I can't stay I was over enthused about the rims but wow. I was pissed though b/c they only showed the car maybe 30 seconds and they teased us for almost an hour ! Anyway, from the POS it started out to be the car turned out beautiful....

Overhaulin' was on next and Chip was actually doing a civic, I can't believe I didn't stay up to watch it. I was wondering when he might stick his hands into the import world. I'm sure they'll show it again, I wonder how the hell it turned out

I missed it, but I'm not crazy about the interior. At least the pics from the link. I think the way the guages are mounted and the t.v. reminds me too much of an import. I would want to see a full picture of the dash. I've always thought keep it simple on the old stuff. Custom work and street rods can look good but I like it when it still looks dated like the car :dunno:.

I have seen American Hot Rod (I think thats what it's called) and Boyd has built some nice cars too :).

What about the one that they did with the Pro-Street-ed Mustang Fastback?
That car was absolutely sick looking. I know people wouldn't be too crazy about the big ass rear wheel, but given how he had it setup I thought it was slick as hell.
I've seriously been considering putting a 4 link with a panhard bar in the 70 fastback, time will tell..
