since my wiring still looks like a mess I thought I would get an injector cover, since the dealer couldnt seem to find the part# I thought I woul ask to see if any of you people had one to sell(I know some of you have to have fancy versions and have your stock one colecting dust somewhere) I plan to do a little modification and make it a bit prettier, what do you want for your stock piece?

cool, that will work...hows the intake manifold we installed working for you? have to adjust that throttle bracket any? I finally thought of a way to help out in the clearance department there....I thought of it when looking at my SRT intake manifold....we could use 2 passenger side fans and gain a couple inches clearance...its what I am going to do when I get around to looking for another radiator(my stupid ass broke my end tank when I pulled the engine last time)

its still working good, it sounds like it had a vac leak or it could just be the intake sucking in extra air. nothing wrong except i still need to adjust the bracket because the throttle gets stuck at wot for a second. actually the 2 fasn would help a bit, today i loosend the raditor bolts and oulled the rad as far to the front of the car as i could and tightend it back down, now the throttle cable bracket doesnt hit the shroud at all.

it was the fact that the fan motor kept getting in the way that annoyed me...and with a passenger side fan the motor doesnt stick out from the rest of the fan...which would allow you to relocate the throttle bracket back to the stock position on the TB...probably helping with your shifts...dont think has a vacuum leak though since its idling perfectly

i think its just that im not use to hearing it suck in so much air. im getting use to the shifts but would rather it be closer to stock. it shifts at 6/6.5 rpm and likes to stay in 2nd. i finally have a day off tomorrow to mess with the whole thing so ill be working on it.

heh, you dont need an 03 fuel rail...use a SOHC rail with a couple nuts for use as spacers...thats what I did

bump, still looking for an injector cover...want to hide the ugly purple SRT injectors(also with SRT injectors no spacers are needed with the SOHC rail for those who care)
