sorry to hear matt, all that matters is that your OK, cars are rebuildable.

if you look back at the season though, you didnt cause any serious damage at all to the car, which is better then most of the guys out there

From someone that once totalled a car into a wall to another, I have to say I know how it feels and it sucks. I always respected you as a driver and was impressed by your skills but since you're safe, all I can say is I hope your ego recovers and you continue to compete. Just remember, even the best drivers in the world screw up from time to time which unfortunatelly usually results in a crash. Best of luck to you and team Enjuku!

hey thanks for the support guys. and actually i wrote in huge letters fail on my car and on my t shirt today :-) it was a blast.

i had the highest entry speed out there, and i obviously couldn't handle it. but if you're always scared and you never come out to any events or anything like that, then you will never be able to have the opportunity to drive irwindale. and with driving comes crashing, nobody can avoid it.

we'll build it again, we'll make it better, we have the technology.

lack of a front bumper caused lift int he front of the car at 90 mile per hour or so, which probably caused the understeer.
but who cares, i fought the corner until it was waaay too late, and finally just hit the brakes to slow the impact.
