yesterday as i was leaving work my sub just stopped working for no reason..it was working fine and then all of a suddon no bass was coming out. all the wires look fine, everything is connected, i cant figure out what happened. i went through the settings in my head unit and the sub was active, so i have no clue what this can be...i have the extended service from circuit city but if its something minor i dont wanna use it. any help would be appreciated. thanks!

possibly blown VC, not a small deal. disconnect the amplifier immediately to ensure you dont damage the amp. take the sub back and let cc work their magic.

check all your fuses and make sure you didn't blow one

yeah, check fuses, exp the one on the main power wire under the hood. Thats a simple fix. Is your amp turning on? If so do you have a power tester that can check the outputs of the amp and see if there getting power

Why are you worrying about it if you bought and had everything installed at CC? Take it back to them and let them deal with it.
