This is the video from Orlando Speedworld July 31st. Too bad almost no one form orlando came.

And this video, finally digitized, is from the South Florida Sideways 2004. The Dec. 5th competition that Bill won, Juan took 2nd, Taka 3rd, and myself 4th place.

The shifter kart video is definitely worth a look, but we've already got a 10x better kart done.

Oh BTW, the 2 240's at Speedworld both run 100% stock KA's with the exception of plug wires, and the hatch has an intake!!

Just incase some of you guys thought that South Florida has no talent.

Nice videos. Wouldn't it be better to use the entire front and rear setups for disc brakes from a car and the car tires on one of those carts?

Eh, the karts hardly weigh anything, they dont needs brakes for a 2500lb+ vehicle. The newest one we built has proper disc brakes front and rear. The original one was based on an older oval racing kart which didn't have big brakes. It was certainly lacking in that department when we bumped the power-to-weight ratio up to about 1hp per 1.5kg
