Hey, i've just bought a 1995 supra n/a. I'm picking it up on Monday from North Carolina and driving it back.
it is stock for the most part, but i'm interested in doing some work to fix it up.
Here are some pics.

I'm also interested in any supra clubs or just car clubs in general. Not really interested in the street racing side of it, just hanging out and learning bout cars.

that motor swap is for the older supras... you'd be stupid if you swap that motor in to an mkiv, especially for that price...the motor he has now is perfect to go turbo with.

actually if u have money to buy a n/a supra that isnt much more to give it a new perfect tt engine and tranny, also getting tuned at the same time thats like telling 240 owners going ka turbo > sr20 lol your weird

1JZ-GTE is for the 86.5-92 Supras, not the 93-98.. so if you want to learn more before talking out of your ass do yourself a favor and visit my website http://www.clubna-t.com .... 6K for a 1JZ swap, in your DREAMS

wow and you own a supra actually the swap fits in a 89+ supra chassis and also 6 grand for a NEW engine NEW tranny NEW twin turbos and tuned/dyno tuned at the same time (including them installing everything) strange......... P.S. for that swap to fit in a 86-88 supra chassis it needs special aftermarket mounts.. so why dont u do your research because the kid with the honda knows more about supra's then the know it all supra owner rofl. ggz.

dont be mad caz you had to go n/a-t and ran outta money from your xbox repair buisness shit, you KIRK, er... JERK

Just to clear this up incase others are wondering. The price XAT is quoting is for a mkiii supra clip. This means it was a car that was driven at one point in time (used) and eventually cut in half where the front portion (A-pillar forward) was shipped to the US. Therefore, nothing is new except fluids, belts, plugs, and fuel pump. The mkiii supra was available in the US from 1986-1991 I think. The $6000 price is for a swap into a 89+ markiii or a supra between 89 and 91. Temp22 has a 95 Supra which is the 4th generation (mkiv). I don't know of anyone who has put a 1jz into a mkiv and I don't see why you would when you could turbo the 2jz-ge or get a 2jz-gte.

Temp22, supraforums.com is a good place to start. Do a lot of searching/reading and you'll learn quite a bit. Welcome to TR.

Actually the guy has an MKIV not an MK3, and if you wanted to know I also started http://www.supramania.com which is a website all for MK3 information, so feel free to take a look at any of the websites I created and learn before you open your mouth and look stupid again. For 6K you are getting a USED MOTOR, USED TRANNY, USED EVERYTHING...care to show us one brand new 1JZ motor?

Xboxes are not a business to me and have nothing to do with my car... when you actually own a fast car come back and run your mouth. :owned2:

Same head, different intake manifold. The difference in the head between NA and TT are just the bolt patterns for the intake/exhaust side, so swapping between the two are not possible (intake manifold, exhaust manifolds). The NA Intake runs over the head to the passanger side as opposed to the TT which is facing forwards on driver side of the motor.

Yea a couple of things are different now.. I am getting an intake manifold setup like the 2jzgte and also installing the 2jzgte valve cover..should clean up the engine bay considerably...here is the mani:
