after driving my car in rush hour, motor starts to make a weird noise. it sounds like a diesel truck motor. but its only when im giving it gas in gear. when its in nutral it makes no sounds even at 5000rpm, but as soon as i start driving it it starts again. when i park the car and let it cool all the way down noise goes away. it happend twice to me in past 2 weeks. it also starts to smoke out of the tail pipe, but smoke goes away when noise goes away

in soviet russia detonation owns you. stop putting crappy gas in your car and maybei will go away. any kind of pinging sound is detonation, which is a bad thing. did you ever change/check your fuel pump???????

Could be misfire. What are your new Plat plugs gapped to? Checked your wires lately?

Yeah, you need to be in Nissan Tech. Maybe someone will move it for you.

each timing mark is 5 degrees. The farthest one to the left is 5*ATDC, 2nd one is TDC, and the 3rd through the rest are multiples of 5* BTDC.

oh yeah, and check your MAFS connector. Intermittent problems like you're describing are almost always wiring related. Start the car and jiggle the connector. If it starts stalling, then that's the problem.
