I meant to post this last week but got busy. Anyways last Sat I was driving around on Dale Mabry North until I got to Van Dyke as I was coming to the light I saw a red EVO and I grin came upon my face. I thought to myself that I was gonna get my ass kicked but I said lets go for so at the light we made a U-turn and so he pulled up to this black G35 so I was like sweet a G35 and an EVO to run. So I pulled up to them and go see him accelerating like was gonna so I dropped it in 3rd and we went then stayed pretty closing but gaining every second by fourth I was already like two cars ahead and when I looked back it looked like he dropped back. So I was pretty surprised but I thought to myself was he really racing? So I made a U-turn by Discount across from Gaither to go home when I saw them again and they were turning into my neighborhood, so I followed the black G35 flashed him down and asked him if his buddy was really racing and he said, "yea man and he was and he's pretty fast but your shit it really quick." So basically I am posting this to the person I think he name was Barry in a red EVO last saturday let me know if it was a race. Cuz it was a good run. Sorry its so long guys but I was pretty excited when it happened and just wanna get details for some of your input too.

Thanks. I love it. My advice is not to half ass anything and get the ROCKER ARM STOPPERS!!!!!!! They're worth it. Yea I can't wait to get some Dyno tune time. No not at all but the with the little mods that my car has it actually runs consitantly between 8-9psi. Oh yea that runs was at 9.5. I have a Greddy profec BII I left it at the settings that Charles from Z Fever left it at and I need to spend some money on a Boost gauge. I like the Blitz BLM boost gauge, anyone know where I can get em for a good price? DriftingDJ since your like a Dyno frequent visitor, any idea what I might put down with t28, hks step 256I 264E front mount, and 3in all the way?

stock turbo @ 16 psi anywhere from 265-290 hp and torque but dont forget you will need a z32 mafs. I hope you got step 2 cams big difference. just use the boost controller for a boost gauge for now and save for a tune you should be able to get a rom-tune soon. You have your rocker arms and cams in already?

Yes I do have step 2 and rocker arms and cams already in. Yes, actually the cams on my t28 made a big difference up top. Yea that is mine. And yes it looked completely stock and the kid looked young. And unfortunately for some reason I'm back to no car again. Car is back at Z Fever. I'm pretty sure my block is done. I dont know why I rarely race it and the Evo was the only car i ran it against and just started the other nite driving home and a loud ass clunkin sound came the block. HELP!!! If anyone knows any S14 SR block please let me know. Help me save my White Kouki please.

No I didnt take past that I was just driving and it happened. I've had problems with the motor since day one. First the tranny then the head and now the block so I'm just trying to find another block or something.

Sux that you might have blown your engine. It shouldnt have blown from the sound of it you dont abuse it like I do mine I race all the time. Tuning and being obsessive about synthetic oil changes has been my salvation I think. Maybe you didnt have the freshhest motor to begin with. I have a Benson sleeved SR22 block waiting to be installed when I do blow. BTW step 1 cams are a waste of money IMO and I have 105+ dynos with 4 different cams and 6 different turbos that will tell you why. I hope you got good titanium springs w/ retainers when you installed the cams because step 2's require them. If you didnt that motor noise you hear is unseated shims or retainers.
