i agree Brian. that's what these forums are supposed to be for. whether it's opinionated or fact i come on forums like these to gain knowledge from peers.. if someone is having a problem with a dealer i would like to know about it and as many other opinions about it that i can possibly read. that way i can take from the discussion the info i need to make good choices. trust me i'm not one to bash , but it is helpful if someone is having a problem and i know whether to give it a chance or stay away from it.

Right...this forum is useless now. Might as well pack up and head home. Give me a fuckin' break.
An opinion was expressed, other people chimed in, it turned to bullshit bashing, and the thread was closed. If you feel so hotly about the subject, maybe you could make some whiny bullshit post about how the thread was closed. Oh wait...you did.

You can say what ever you want, it's your right. Good thing I'm not one of the mods on here tho cause I'd ban your funkin ass.
It's all good. Just don't tell anyone they cant say what they want.
Thanks for helping me make my point.

 This is all amusing to me.
If Mastro was the bunch of asshats you claim, then would we have let another vendor/tuner use our parking lot/tools to tune your cars? Give me a break. And people wonder why sometimes I dont respond to their PMs on parts info (usually part#s)
Would we still work on your cars after all the crap thats spewed from some of you here? We try to be performance friendly but that seems to bite us in the ass. Maybe we should take the stance of the other dealerships in the area. I know who each and every person for the most part is on here, some have legitimate gripes, most do not.
Calling our parts manager (my immediate boss and a good guy) a "fucking prick" because he wanted your VIN (Eric) so he could get you the right part. Ive worked at Mastro 4 years and I still need the VIN to find half of the correct parts? Why? So then we dont get hammered on here why "The idiots at Mastro ordered the wrong part".
Have any of you gotten bad food/service from McDonalds, of course. Do you go back, of course. Im not saying we are perfect, but neither are you. Im saying by posting this stuff (and once again I know whos, who) do you think it makes us want to try harder when 10 seconds after a mistake is made you are on TR saying "What a bunch of fucking pricks"
Instead why dont you all man up, step away from your computer and come talk to me IN PERSON. It seems everyone is an internet hardass, yet when they come to Mastro to get their check engine light cleared they never bring up the other issues.
If you are whining post here, as you do already. If you have a legitimate concern talk to me/us in person to get it rectified.

And you should ease up on the slinging yourself Brian. I keep most of what you say to myself but if certain people at the dealership (that gave you a job) found out all this crap you are spewing I doubt you would be as welcome as you were the other day.
Your BS is getting very dull, almost predictable. If you manage to come up a complaint on something that happened to you (and not your friends, neighbors, sisters girlfriend's mailman) please PM me and we can work it out like adults.

You guys need to get over it. Mastro is freak'in car dealership and what honestly do you expect from a dealership? It's not like they are giving out free car washes and blow jobs (well, some of the people on the forum act that way)?! You don't see people in the Ford/Chevy/Mazda/Honda forums getting their panties in a big bunch about the local Bubba Ford delaerships!
I still think Mastro is one of the better ones but I've despite that we've observed crap like one of their long-time sales employees try to rip off an elderly woman that just lost her husband on a busted ass POS used Subaru. They still treat my wife like she's a fucking moron or something when she brings her car in for an oil change every 8,000 miles or so telling her the car is going blow up. They are a dealership, and you learn to expect bullshit from a dealership. What you don't usually expect from a dealership like Mastro is the countless things they go out of their way to do for us. I'll always give them a first crack at my business but I won't even think twice about going the other direction if I can't get what I want without wasting my time and energy.
ahhh , i dont know. Im from Key West, theres no subaru dealer here and the one in Miami hates me. So , the only reason i ended up at Mastro is because Reeves or Fitzgerald wouldnt answer the phone/couldnt get to anyone. I went in for a few bugs and the routine 1000 mile change+boost gauge install. No problems with anything, hell, I posted a little bit on the complimentary internet while it was being worked on (+5). Pete, especially was helpful. The mechanic, Danny, (same name as me), did a great job installing the gauge. It is good to hear that Mastro is mod friendly...lets keep it that way...

well after i spent the 10 minutes to read this whol ethread i fel i must reply.
i know the parts guy is a busy guy. and he has a hard job. and in my opinion his people skills could use a little work.
but all in all he does the job well and i will come back.
there are always kids out there that love to start crap. these kids are what i call *intarweb tuff guys* and i feel if you are going to slander someones name, place of bussiness, and/or credibility it should not be done on a public forum. the IM button does wonders.

Kyle-
I guess you didn't read my fuckin posts on that (Who's Jon) thread or the one I put up there about the "thanks to Pete" either.
Besides that has absoultly nothing to do with what this thread is about. But as usual you guys take shit all out of context. If you read the last thread and the one on here before that and the ones on Nabisco before those you will notice a real clear pattern of who's the first to start the name calling and so on.
I have never said anything on here or to anyone that I havent said to Pete already or wouldn't love to talk to him about somtime in the future. In fact, I'm sure I could turn that place's rep aroun in no time at all if I had the chance. Of course It would require some major restructuring of the Org Chart. In fact I'd really love to show him some of the BS his agent/representitives are slinging around in public I had always just assumed the he was aware and had sactioned it. Now that you pointed out that he hasn't it all make more sense. Now that I think about it, just like I said on pg 1 of the aforementioned thread that started this BS; I think he's a real stand up guy that wouldn't go for shit like that.
Do a little research next time before you start your bashing. Cause you always come on here half cocked and make yourself look foolish.
