I was at the Hyper-fest weekend held by the Mid-Atlantic region of N.a.s.a
and won my first race in the class. they had a lot going on including some drifting, spec Miata class and a bikini contest.
Sat. I qualified 1st in A.I. but on the pace lap I discovered the hard way that I forgot to put the hood pins in :mad: a quick stop on pit lane and some held and I was off, although in 43rd spot. I made it up to 10th but then the race was red flagged for a 4 car wreck.
Sun. I was qualified 3rd but by the 3rd lap was in first and led the rest of the way to a 8 sec. lead over 2nd. what a blast of a weekend it was.
