every time i call they say there to busy to transfer me to the audio department and blah blah blah they even took my # down and said they would return my call but they never did but my ? is is there a direct # to the audio department?

No, there's no direct number. I'm not sure why you didn't get through, but the phones are ringing non-stop throughout the day, not to mention in-store customers and we usually only have 1 or 2 mobile salesman on the floor. Try calling in the morning (around 10am) or later in the day (after 7pm), or better yet just stop in. What was your question?
