a new best with my dry opti, new intake, and more practice

Bought a 3 bedroom house in Dunedin. Should be able to close in the next 2 or 3 weeks if all goes well. The hm inspection was today but I have not seen the report yet.

I just had Chad @ blue oval take care of it for me. I don't have the time/patience to deal with that kind of shit. :lol:
