i did they said they want like 1k when some one in cali told me they can do that in 24hrs and for only 250 bucks. I dont think thats fair.

If someone is willing to do a full fiberglass dash and box for $250 they're either full of shit or don't know what they're doing. Not sure exactly what you want done, but if you're expecting painted fiberglass, you're not going to find anywhere cheaper than $1k. Our carpeted fiberglass boxes for 8" woofers start at about $300. A days worth labor at Sound Advice generally starts at about $500. I could see a full fiberglass dash and box easily taking 3-4 days, although I'm not sure on the exact specs of what you're wanting.

hehe parts will cost you $200 and you are talkin about at least 3 days to complete it. then add on you dont want an 'ameture' and you are def. lookin at a grand. but true to the lowball tradition, ill do it for 950 lmk k thx.

Take the guy in california if he can do that shit... you could ship your parts there and back + fiberglassing for cheaper than its even feasable for.

Im thinking 1k is worth it for what you want, plus to be able to have the guarantee of the SA name behind it, rather than some bumfuck california guy who might disappear the next day.
