Default Swap Finished

Although i do have 1 issue , I was on my way to tampa today after i finished the swap , and the car drove flawlessly . On my way back , i was stopped at a gas station (following my brother and waiting for him to pump gas) and i pull out and wait behind him so he can make his turn , i slip it in first grind , 2nd grind , then i put it in neutral , pop it in 1st, grind is gone (WTF). Same thing happens at a few stop signs on my way home. Was just wondering if you guys have ever experienced anything like this , or what you may think the problem will be. (Or if this is attributed to the transmission sitting for so long ). Also i did not know where to run the 3 vacum lines that are on the intake manifold , 2 on top of the throttle body and 1 on the bottom, so i ran the one on the top right to the FPR , and the one on the left was tee'd to the wastegate actuator and bypass valve. And the one on the bottom was capped off. (Like i was instructed to by phase2)

Looks good so far - Not being an ass, but would have been good if you gave the engine bay a thorough cleaning before you dropped the motor in. Good luck with the SR20DET.

I was strapped for time ( i was a hour late for work) , so i didn't have time to clean the engine bay. The slave cylinder didn't look to good to me,although it wasn't leaking , it looked like the original unit(with nearly 200k miles on it) and it was a bit rusty. But it seemed like the clutch was engaging fine. Next week i'll change out the clutch slave and master cylinder (i'll have to let the car sit till then) and see if it goes away. I also had to modify the throttle bracket a little to get the throttle cable to work properly, i was wondering if this was normal ( I will have pics of this soon). The car is running a open xs cat delete downpipe right now and it sounds freaking awesome (i'll have to get sound clips), although it's pretty damn intolerable on the highway and will make my ear buzz depending what RPM the engine is cruising at. Other then the tranny incident i ran into last night the car runs perfect.

I woke up this morning , checked my clutch fluid level , an dit was low , nearly empty(so i filled it up ofcourse). And drove it to the shop, again it ran flawlessly until i got right next to the shop , then grind.I haven't checked my clutch fluid level yet , but the slave cylinder does not look like it's leaking (externally) and i have not checked the master cylinder. So in other words taylor your saying that the bigger diffrence in clutch pressure required for the exedy hyper single clutch kit may have caused problems with my clutch slave cylinder from the inside ? (or it may have just been messed up from the getgo) It seems like it's holding pressure fine (the pedal). Just in a worse case senario , what would the symptoms of a bad throwout bearing be (although i did replace mines)

Well , i had somebody depress the clutch while i went underneath the car to see if the slave was actually moving the fork and it seemed like it was moving fine , and i do not see any visible leaks. But i'll go ahead and replace the clutch master/slave cylinder, anybody else have any opinions on what the problem maybe.
