Okay, Should I go the stroker route, and get a 496 CI stroker kit for my 440
or should I get a nitrous system for my 440, or should I take the $1,600 I have have some head work done?

i have a 440, i find no need for more cubes. what are you running for carb manifold and cam. if that is done i would get a set of edelbrock heads and then spray it

Its a Six Pack (sorry it did not come with my road runner, not a true 440+6 car) everything is bone stock inside.

Street car or are you looking to take this bitch to the strip? Street car = stroke it. You'll enjoy the constant low end grunt. Track car = spray it until it pops.

I like the 496 stroker idea...more cubes the better for torque.

Go with the stroker.

On the stock engine it will be more fun and cost efficient to spray it and when its ready to let the bottom drop out, stroke it.
