Go to justwoofers.com and have a shopping spree....they have stuff there cheap as hell and pretty decent quality....and make sure you wire your subs in parallel to lower the ohms and it will thump louder.....or find bad tires.......or glue rocks to your tires.....or beat the hell out of one tie rod end........or ETC....
