Whoever has the blue STI with really loud exhaust that blew through the intersection of 9th Ave N. and 4th Street N. in St. Petersburg on Saturday night, chasing down a fast yellow Mustang...

You were doing an ABSOLUTE MINIMUM of 70 in a 35 through thick Saturday night traffic.

That's my guess. Who knows who it was, but there are only so many fast blue STIs in the area...
