anyone know how to or where i can take a blown amp to be fixed? im not sure what happend to it it does turn on but stays in protect mode for some reason any ideas?

call up whoever makes the amp, and see what they say.

improper speaker wiring, ground problem... repair depends on quality of amp/repair person... amps are less expensive to replace

how would i check for a bad ground in the amp?
im pretty sure its not bad wiring, i have a amp in my truck now and it works fine and i did the wiring so im sure its hooked up right-

have a local stereo shop test it.. they will be able to send it for repairs or suggest replacement
probably eiether blew up the power supply or some transistors inside. good 80 bucks to fix.
