Good ET as it showcases their ability at applied physics... Being able to use every last pony the engine can put out and also put it straight to the ground is more impressive to me than a dyno queen that spins half-way down the track - There's no science in that.

Or you can run 12's at like 125mph...like most everybody it is the lower ET...

Overall in drag racing, ET's are what is most important, but I think designing a well balanced car to have both high mile per hour and a good ET is crucial.

You are not forced into doing one or the other... you can try to do both.
