First kill....

So my new setup got its first kill tonight, which is pretty sad considering its not even broken in yet... I just happened to be cruising down Hillsborough towards Oldsmar trying to put some break in miles on the new motor, when this 80's model Iroc Z28 Camaro with some hideously huge slant cut duals, stumbles upon my grocery getter... He comes hauling ass up behind me one lane to my right, then after passing and hearing my exhaust (or lack there of) he starts to hit the brakes... I drop it to third to catch up, and when I get to his back bumper, he guns it... I stay in it to about 4600rpm, hit fourth, take it to about 4400, then back to fifth with him somehow ending up a car behind me... I thought those old Irocs had a little more to offer than that :dunno:... Pretty sad for me to be posting this, as I have yet to rev my car past 5k, nor have I exceeded 9 pounds of boost, and I had 3 passengers with me... Sad day for this poor little Iroc :nono:

This is just the beginning of a lot more to come... I surely cant wait til this motor is broken in :D

Ya know what..had allmost the exact same thing happen on my car's maiden voyage to begin the break in process. Same road. Hideous Iroc. Same area.

He gave my not one, NOT two, but THREE ricer fly bye's. I never bit. Had Shalane in the car with me at the time and she was the Devil saying - "go get 'em!!"
