I get my car back by the weekend.
My mechanic told me that the inside of engine was one of the cleanest he has seen, especially for one of its age and mileage.
Some bearings from the crank were bad or some shit like that, so hes replacing the whole crank and kit shit.
I also got a comp cam, new timing chain, high flow oil pump as well, along with a few other small things worth doing.
i cant wait...i want my car back!! this focus SUCKS!!
BTW, can someone link me to good top end shit.
Down the road soon, im gonna take it back to him and have him put new heads, rocker arms, pushrods, lifters, and probably pistons (if needed?).
May as well do the whole thing eventually. Exhaust i already gonna take it somewhere to get done then too.

Sounds like you might've been taken for a ride personally, but hey, I hope you enjoy the new parts. Trick Flow 23 degree aluminum heads > *. They're $900 completely assembled too.

Nice Pics. I like the motor. When u rebuild top end Id also invest in Roller Rockers. Cant wait to see her off the jack and running around.

Yeah thats the torque converter. But I think he was being sarcastic, because supposedly a manual is better.

ok Quickretardedracer .... i never said manuals are quicker. maybe the voices in your head thought that. take that chip off your shoulder and work on your car. i was joking about the size of the convertor. i run a yank 4000 stall in my TA. it works out pretty well for me. i hate stock convertors. they make a nice engine feel bloated.
also, i am not so sure about the eaton blower on a fbody but whatever floats your boat. lightning and cobra guys run them all day every day without issue (including me). they just are flat on the big end but provide great low end torque. be sure your tune is killer. all that torque at 3000 rpms is gonna be ugly in terms of cylinder pressure. also where are you going to get teh sheetmetal intake? too $$$ for me!

the intake is already made
