we agreed on a 50-120 roll.....so we head out. 3 honks and were off, he jumps a little from the start and by 100 or so I was slowly catching but just didnt have enough and at 120 he was out by about a fender.

It doesnt matter to me, if its the only way to get some1 to race than so be it. This weekend I'm gonna get my dig. I also ran a 03 cobra that made 404whp and lost to that by about a car and I raced a 01 c5 auto and whipped that things ass, by about 90 I had 3+ and runnin away.

As far as the roll vs dig thing. Its perty much up too the two individuals racing. I have been asked to go from 50 mph roll's before. I can tell you its not the best spot for me. :thumbdwn: Its not just turbo cars that request it.

Me personally either or is fine its all in good sport. If its a serious race I would prefer to go from a dig. It also wouldn't hurt if the other car was a manual shifted car but it doesn't have to be. :-D

SOMEONE POST UP THE VIDEOS, 4 cameras videoed this race and none posted. I am willing to go from 0-120, my 1/4 trap is near 116 so that would be a good estimate of your power but I think it would be worse.

I'm an LS1 guy, and unless he had alot of lag shifting into 3rd gear, I dont see how a stock LS1 is going to catch a Supra thats trapping 116. A stock 00' SS will prolly do 104-106, thats pretty far off from 116. I think the longer they would have stayed in it the farther away the Supra would have got......but lets see the vid.

Chimmike, funny...I dont remeber watching will run a 12.3 when we went to the track....oh yeah thats right BECAUSE HE DIDNT RUN a 12.3 he ran a 12.55 its in his signiture since you seem blind, I do however rember you running slower than a 15.5 with a GT28R turbo on your sentra. Kinda sad for a modified turbo car eh? I know plenty of Spec V's running in the 14's N/A So whats the point? I have no doubt that SS's are fast, but to keep up with a 03 cobra, with a few BPU. Not saying they are the best cars EVA-R but they can hold their own. We will really just have to wait for the video to see.
