Who is the fastest srt-4 in the Tampa Bay area?

Just curious.. I raced a dude with a black one last week with a turbo upgrade and it was very impressive. Is there anyone locally faster than him? I've heard riven is fast but lives quite a ways from tampa. So who is holding it down for the srt-4 community here in Tampa?

Besides the guy you raced and riven there isnt much that I know of.Stock05skittle is pretty quick but hasnt been to the track in a while.

we got the mopar stage 3 kit for a fella with a red SRT4 up in new tampa. after he put it in and went to bradenton, it turned a 12.0@116 mph with clutch slipping and tires burning.
i just got him a new centerforce clutch and am waiting to here the improvements. we're going to get some trick lightweight race wheels made up for slicks too.

i have a blue 2004 SRT4 but no time to mess with it with all the other stuff we do.

that might have been the guy I raced.. he has gone 11.90s in it. it is very impressive.

That was Alex,the car is sold to someone out of the country,but last i heard it trapped 120+ :-)

quikcivic had the blue one as far as i know.....he was looking at low 11s last i heard, but the car is sold and now he drives a cobra

hmm, I'm slow for now(somewhere in the 14s it feels like, havent taken it to track though yet so dont know for sure), hope to be much faster by the time I finish(aiming for 11s, the motor itself it certianly capable of it now, so is the turbo, need a good clutch, some new axles and a LSD though, along with a lot of tuning and some larger injectors) speaking of injectors...anyone know what size the stage 3 comes with? Just want the injectors...cant really use the rest of a stage 3 kit...easily anyway

I raced a blue one on I75 awhile back , after he put corn fields on me twice in a row , we pulled off and he said he had a turbo upgrade and all kinds of goodies. He said he ran 11's on slicks:dunno: it was definetely stout though.

Dan is the man for the srt races.I raced alex also and he put buses on me while I was on high boost in my old awd. :nworthy:

Actually just went 11.82 @119.00 this last friday. Picked up a tenth and 6 mph. Car loves race fuel. Would of went 11.70 but the prep on the track sucked best 60' was 1.82

u know boostin i was gonna bring the race to ya last wednesday but the car developed a drivetrain issue i need to take a look at this week. Not gonna claim its Riven or Ernie fast but it should give you a run :)
