Which 6x9's?

Ok Im putting new 6x9's in my mustang and am not really sure which ones I should go with. Im gonna be running them off my pioneer h/u. I listen to both rap and rock. Im on a budget so I dont want to spend to much but I am looking for something nice. I found some new Pioneer 5 ways for $86 a pair. But I mean am I really gonna notice a difference between a set of them and say some two ways? Let me know what you guys think will work. Thanks

Im mainly looking for a speaker that will be an awesome high. I have two kicker tens and am lookin for something to keep up with them as far highs and mids go.

5 ways? :lol: I seriously doubt you need anything more than a decent 2 way. Pioneer actually makes a nice budget speaker. Polk momo's aren't bad, same with Infinity perfects.

On that budget Id go ebay, some Alpines or something common so itll be cheap. You wont get anything more out of a 5 way as you will a nice 2 or 3 way. Go to some shops, listen to what you like, then go online and find cheap prices.

wooow 5 ways. i cant wait for the new 6 ways to com out. :haha: i'd get a good 2 way. if u feel like spending alittle extra money the boston nx are great i think they go for 200. if u dont want to spend that mouch i would go for the infinity reference.

My roommates got some Boston NX97's for sale for 100 shipped. Theyll blow any of the speakers above out of the water.
