Invest in a good DMM and youll be able to troubleshoot anything.
Id help ya out if I was in tampa..if u wanna be more specific we might be able to help you on the stereo part on here

The system just started getting a weird woww woww noise and gets louder when you push the gas, legacy amp and pyramid 10s with a kenwood deck.

Like a high pitch whistle?...Ground loop isolator or just move your ground to a better one

Or you could try getting an amp thats worthwhile...sorry if that bursts your bubble.

It doesn't burst my bubble its my step dads truck and his system, 40 year olds with rice out pick ups are so cool:lol:. He took it to best buy and they put a bigger ground wire on and it got worse.
