My LS1 with just a lid and muffler made 350/365 to the wheels after a little tuning... made 335/353 before the tuning. A built LT1 would probably be close to that. :lol: Ran 12.6@113 with just a lid, muffler, and DRs. :)

Depending on the yearand mileage, LS1's make anywhere from 290-340 to the wheels, stock.

It's nothing special, explorer heads (shaved significantly), comp cam, edelbrock intake.. paid $650 for the parts, not disapointed, but I am disapointed I've gone through 3 sets of head gaskets, SCE Titan's, and o ringed felpro #1101's (I think that's the #). Exciting, huh? :lol:

found the problem with the kit(prob why you blew head gasket) the fuel solenoid was caked with Teflon tape and the jets you had were way mismatched (too lean so the Gaskets didnt have a chance) I rebuilt the solenoids and bought the correct jets but am waiting for my new fuel pump,Heads,Intake,Cam,Injectors and 90mm Mass Air so I'll be at TRack Day on the 30th. you should sign up.
