I was looking at them and then found a much better amp from americanbassusa.com The vfl 150.1 will put out at .75 ohms about 2500 watts rms at 12 volts and even almost doubling that in 16 volts!!!!! The amp can be ran at .25 ohms It is possible to get 5000 watts rms out of that amplifier. By the way I am a dealer of american bass THey are couple of bucks more but to me its well worth it.

As for the pa amp I have seen it on 2 kicker cvr 18's and absolutly POUND THEM!!!!!!!! but it did get warm and also wasnt clean power.

First off, why the hell would you need 3000w? Second, you're going to practically need a generator to run that thing.

Who said anything about street racing?? You're in the audio forum buddy. You don't need anywhere close to 3000w for a "good" system; and if so, you probably should be considering some more efficient speakers. Hope you understand your entire electrical system is going to need to be upgaded in order to even begin to push that thing.

lmao because John has a pic of his nice ass eclipse in his avatar, he is a street racer? He happens to be one of, if not the most knowledgeable person in here so you should open your ears and learn something.

Listen to what racingtheburg said...Ive only installed one power acoustik amp personally, and yes it did overheat. You have a whole lot more to look at than just power ratings, so be more specific about everything you have, how much you want to spend, and what you want to get out of your system overall, and we all will be willing to help.
