there was nobody out in tampa i was told everyone was at gandy
only got a few runs
1st run was a 91 hatch with nasty b16 on radials got him by about 4 cars
2nd run was a 95 coupe with gsr killed him by a football field
3rd run was a 96 hatch with a b16 had him by about 4 cars in second gear then he let off.

but hopefully threre will be some better races next weekend

yeah the ol 632 is the spare motor now. the new 737 runs lots better. we do have to freshen up the top end though. matt's been too busy gettin the new drag strip opened up n stuff so the pro mod got put on the back burner for now

lol now i never said my car was fast. i am leaps and bounds from it. id say i got a nose up on about 85% of whats out there though. as for me caring if i win or lose, i honestly dont, ive lost to quite a few people, imports included. as for modding cars being challenging, you have obviously never owned an LT1 if you think it is remotely easy :lol: not really sure how you can say a honda is for more challenging minds...everything has its give and take. i just moved over to the V8 crowd because it was more financially feasable. id have a hard time trying to build a 11sec civic on my budget, whereas if i got a fox, its not really hard to just fab up a turbo kit, or toss some juice on, put some slicks in back and go. but anyways, not trying to make this sounds like a import/domestic thing, just weighing the financial aspects of it in my eyes.

i'm with you kenny, i'm into fast cars, imports or domestics. i just love to race win or loose. i really love driving my ol teg though, it's loads of fun :D i know what ya mean about the camaro's though. i've done up lots of em for customers n stuff. they run pretty damn good though by just installing exhaust system header back, msd, cool air system, and some tweakin the electronics. i love driving them 6 speeds!!!!!! lol pisses me off that they quit making them! :(

I'll run you again now that my V-tec is running right and when my tires get here on Wednesday and we'll see who kills who by a football field. I guess I'll finally accept the fact that I am and will always be a has been, a was, a formerly, fast car.
