First Kill

This is my first kill in the bird.Going to get a slurpee at the store and a gold cavilier and had exaust wheels pulls up next to me at about 60 and hits it like in 4th and lets off a couple times and then he goes into 3rd a takes off and jumps a good fender or 2 and i downshift to 3rd and chirp(didnt expect that) and reel him in and hit 4th and put about 4 cars on him.He had a girl in the car so dont know if he let off but i went to about 115 and could see him way back so not bad for a V6:)

I was like you one day...then I got beat by a minivan, and a v6 Mustang, and an Eclipse GS, and a Prelude, and the list went on and on. Anyways - I've got an 'air sensor performance mod' I bought for 10 bucks back in the day, if you want I'll install it for free just to see what it actually does to a v6 Bird.

I did that intake temp mod already. Put a diode in the intake temp sensor.Can notice a little but also cut the airbox,K&N,and use some pipe to go straght from the airbox to the TB.Sounds badass without the silencer box inbetween the airbox and TB. Can notice it pulls a little harder.

Ahh, yeah mine is ummm...stock except for dirty ass looking Flowmaster duals which I'm cutting the bit dopey slant cut duals off of (I didn't put them on). One tip, if for nothing else, take that diode out once in a while and allow your Bird to heat up to 240 before it kicks in the fan so it'll burn all the deposits and shit away - there is a reason these things operate at temperatures that would melt normal engines :) And thats also one of the reasons I never tried the sensor mod.
