BF Goodrich All Terrain's. Great tire but wasn't happy with the ride when it was wet outside.

285 - 70 - 17
I want taller but that would require a lil lift up front.

street tires LTX A/S would work good. Nothing pisses me off more then posers with off road tires on 2wd trucks that never even see grass let alone mud. Why waste your money on tries that you'll never use? You said you skiped 4wd b/c you never use it, why go though tires fast, spend more on them, and well be a poser with off road tires on a 2wd.

Correct I passed up 4wd due to I saw no need for it but that does not mean it doesn't see dirt or mud. I pull a boat and will be hitting the woods to go hunting. And as far street tires show me some that are in a 70 series that aren't even close to the same price.

about your 2wd w/ off road tires is a joke, Ive seen an old 2wd toyo with a r22 go anywhere a 4wd would go. Only thing it wouldnt really go through was mud. other then that it was a beast =)
Then again im going to reword this before it turns to hell...
Its all about the driver though.
And ya I know what you mean about seeing these 2wd street daily trucks with mud tires ect. and the fact the blow $$$ on tires quicker then there heads spin.
