Alright everybody, newbie. Help here please, I am going to buy a Scion tC, 2 door hatchback. I want to put a twelve and on either side tens. I want custom work done, where should I go. I plan on being down in Tampa around Christmas if anyone can tell me where to go or who to talk to. Or maybe even some tech help via internet. What do you think?~Samurai

Unless you're going to use the 10s for midbass and you plan on installing them as part of your front stage I would advise against it.

If your planning on using all 3 for subbass you'll get some nasty cancellation.

As far as the custom work Sensuous sounds in Tampa or Audionutz in Ocala.

Cant say any more than what steve said.. audio nutz once even gave me an amp for 5 bucks. Audionutz does gorgeous work as does sensuous. 12 in the middle, with 10s on the side = prety radical xover network for no real reason

Ok, so can you tell me what the best combination of subs would be to get the perfect sound? I can't go to "Audionutz" seeing as how I am not in Tampa, but your advice would be much appreciated!! :)

what kind of budget do you have to work with?

Why a combination of subs? I would do 1 or 2 GOOD 12's, then 8's in the door getting midbass, then a good component set.

Well, I want to do fiberglass and I have a pretty good budget, maybe a little over 2 grand? I've changed my mind on what I want to do, but I am still curious. Me and Chris decided that my car will have just a couple of basic 12s and a set of 17 inch bronze wheels. We are going to make his new xB "the hottness" as he says it :) lol
