Just wanted to say What's up to everyone.

I am originally from McAllen, TX and now I am stationed here at Macdill.

I drive a 1996 Chrysler Sebring that is under construction. I know a lot of people have seen the car. Right now I have a primered body kit on it with a terminator 2 spoiler. Right now I have a hood that is starting to rust through. Yes I know it's rusting through. I'm saving money to buy a new one. That isn't the hood I am going to have on there once I am finished. I don't know when I will be finished, but I can't wait to see people's reactions when I do. I have heard some people make fun of my car. All I have to say about it is that "Rome wasn't built in a day." And mommy and daddy didn't buy me my car.

Are you making fun of my car? If you are, I could care less. I know my situation and why it is still primered. But hey, what kind of car do you drive? Was it one of those two civics in your gallery? They don't look too bad. I guess it's the whole painted body kit, huh?:)

Welcome!
Does your car have the 420a 4cyl or the 2.5 6cyl?

Welcome! One word of advice....just for future reference. DO NOT create threads that have questions about your car in them if you have not searched for the answer thoroughly already. I'm now leaving my newbie stage, and have experienced the flames of doing so. Good Luck! Don't let them eat you alive!!!

My car has the 2.5 6cyl, but I think thee might be something wrong with either the tranny or the internals of the engine. It's a bit ;) slow. Maybe the power to weight ration is really bad. I don't know.

I probably won't ask too many questions about my car here for the mere fact that I don't see many sebrings/avengers being fixed up around here in Tampa. But thanks for the heads up.

Yeah, Most people that drive the sebrings (especially) and avengers are older people. That's why I don't want to get a Honda. Everyone and their brother has one. I'm not dogging Hondas. I don't dog other peoples' cars. If they look nice they look nice. I just want something that you don't see at every intersection. One Honda I wouldn't mind getting though is the Prelude. Props to that car. It is fast straight out of the factory.
