Ok right now I have a single 12" CVR in a slot ported box. I just got hooked up with 2 I assume older JL Audio 10s in what looks to be a store bought bandpass box. Now which would sound better/be louder? Anyone know what the ratings will be for these subs? I assume they are SVC since they are only hooked up to one set of terminals each and I stuck my hand in there and didn't feel another VC. I have a mono amp running in 2ohm, would I hook these up the same way since I have a DVC one my single 12? Thanks for the help. I'll attach some pics in a min.

What are you talking about ;) Well I still need this post so I'd rather not sell them here. Just want to see what these would be worth though. Wouldn't have a clue what to ask for them. Thanks though.

10 in W0s run about 100 - 110 per speaker new and the box is probably worth 40 bucks

most likley they are w0's... could be old w3's.. only way to tell is by looking at the magnet.

How many watts do W0s handle each? They are 10W0.4 The "0" has a line threw it, guess it just means zero :dunno: Might hook these up in the exploder if they aren't worth enough. And the .4 means 4 ohm VC right? Thanks.

right, they are most like single voice coil. If you wire them together positive to positive, negative to negative, they will be at 2 ohms. I think they only need 125 watts rms a piece, so look for an amp that it 250 rms @ 2 ohms.

Are you sure they are only 125rms each? I figured they'd have that on the back too.

I looked them up and they are 125rms each I guess. Pretty nice not having to get a huge amp to power them though.

No, you see people trying to sell them for that price. I have 3 10w0s in a Power Wedge box that i can probably only get 200 for.

here (http://www.jlaudio.com/subwoofers/10w0.html) are the specs on the sub straight from JL Audio.
