Why are you using a dremel? Use a jigsaw.

+1. just try to make the cut smooth. i usually end up moving back and forth on the line when i use a jig saw.
I used to be shakes mcgee with the jigsaw back in the day.. practice..

stuck with the dremel, I was putting the board device on the end, but i sized it to 1/2 inch.
silly, instead i allowed the drill bit to go ALL the way thru so the board is closer to the actual dremel so its more sturdy, I then jacked the speed to max and was good to go! more pics of what im doing in the forum
