Any vette's on this board running in the high 11s - low 12's going to be at bradenton this weekend ?

Ill be comming over and reppin for Orlando Fuel Sluts but im going to be on street tires and only running a 50 shot so i figured ide put a shout out and setup some friendly vette runs .

Just put in a new cam and tranny so i cant wait to see what it runs now n/a as well as with a 50 shot .

Looking forward to meeting some of you ppl in person that ive spoke to before .

What do you run with and without the 50 shot. I wouldn't mind running you for a little fun. I have been a low of 12.175 in Cali but haven't raced the car here in Fl yet. The car is N/A with just bolt-on's.:cool:

The car went 11.47 with drag radials and a 150 shot and stock every thing else .

It ran 12.52 n/a on DR's .

Ive since put in a new gear , tranny , 3200 tc , cam , springs and the 2nd stage of the nitrous kit .

I have no idea what the car is going to run on street tires right now .

Orlando Speed World has sucked so bad lately that i havnt had any good passes out there since i started moddin the car .

I cant run my 2 stage 200 shot b/c of timing issues that i cant solve before this weekend and with out DR's a 200 shot is pointless anyway .

Im in the same boat that the other guy with the silver camaro is in with the roll bar issue and OSW has all but baned me from the track .

So in a nut shell , i have no idea how fast the car is going to run , im guessing low 12's .

Well i am hoping for so high 11's but who really knows till you get out there. If you see a Sonic Blue 98 Cobra out there come by and introduce yourself.

I'm not sure how many will be at the track on Sunday, but I know of some that are running around that a fairly quick.

Yea , right now with the 50 shot i get 50 hp to the wheels and a 100 shot puts out like 65 because my timing is so far advanced with the new cam .

I think i even have a set of 35 shot jets ,, hehe .

Im not shy , ill race anything from bicycles to lamborgini's :cool:

Nope no Cali tag but it's really hard to miss a Sonic Blue Cobra as they never made any that color. The color didn't come out till 2002.:cool:

hey does any one know if they will let you run with out a hood? my stock one dosent fit but if i have to i will bend the fuck out of it with a hammer just to run this prick fucker then i'll leave it there.

They should let you run, if you're running nitrous, your stock gear may help, I've got a stock gear :wink:

I have never been to the track with my current setup, but if I were to guess... With slicks I could run in the 10's NA. My car is fully loaded. I have AC, music, etc.
