Jesse I am going through the same dilema

Im thinking of buying another 15 and hifonics 1500 and this time porting it to 35 instead of 28. Problem is SI doesnt have ne more mags because they all got stolen, bummer

i ported fairly high in this box, and its louder than i expected, but i think that i could get much louder with 3 12's off the same 500/1 in a sealed box

yeah it is.. and especially since i have space concerns.. i still need to keep my hockey bag int he back...

i might take my rear seats out, and build up somethineg crazy there.

I still have to pull all my shit out of the civic. I started to but I have limiited tools since charlie blew a tree into our shed that crushed it. Fuckin sockets everywhere....

you should look into some elemental designs subwoofers. they're fairly inexpensive, and i've heard that they are really nice. http://www.edesignaudio.com/

I started with 2 Matts pro 15's in my expedition. Wasnt enough. Then I went to 8 rockford he2 12's and that was great. Still wasnt enough.LOL


Now I am biulding a custom fiberglass box to go around my air ride setup for 8 15's

Hopefully thats enough:) It is an addiction~

^^john knows how it goes...in my impala i had a custom 10 and a half cube box for a power amper xp squared 18...best system i ever had...dropped the lowest note i could give it all day...took major power to push it tho....my advice go with a shit load of 15's or a good amount of just right 12's...g/l man

it's a sick addiction........... got my 3 12w3's (1's a v2) off a memphis 1000D and i decided it doesnt need to get anylouder.....i've spent enough money aleady.......

besides 140+ dB of clean bass tones is loud enough for me for daily drive....wouldn't mind a brahma or a XXX though :)
